About Us:
Established in 1996, City Plan offers a unique integrated development service, assisting clients by offering multi-disciplinary services in Building Regulations and Certification Services, Access, and Heritage advice.

From our offices in Sydney, the Central Coast, Gold Coast and Brisbane, our team of certifiers can assess/certify all classes of building development and currently hold accreditation in NSW, ACT, Victoria, Tasmania and Western Australia. This ensures we are able to provide our clients with specialist advice to meet the relevant requirements of their project.
