New Home Certification Group was established in 2010 servicing Greater Sydney Region and has since grown to cover the South Coast, Central Coast and Hunter Regions.
Our team of building certifiers have a consistent understanding of building regulations across NSW including those specific to individual local government areas due to practical experience gained from years within the construction industry and government sector.
New Home have worked with some of Sydney largest project builders, architects, demolishers, and engineers over the years offering certification and planning advise.
Our certifiers are all registered by Fair Trading and members of various industry associations including Housing Industry Australia (HIA), Association of Accredited Certifiers (AAC), Australia Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS), Master Builders Association (MBA) and Swimming Pool & Spa Association of Australia (SPASA) and committed to continued professional development.
