AAC New Website Launch

AAC has a new website and we are excited for you to log into www.aacertifiers.com.au and explore. The new website has been created to complement the AAC's new name, logo and web address.

Our new name, the Association of Australian Certifiers (AAC), reflects recent regulatory changes in NSW, which has resulted in Accredited Certifiers becoming Registered Certifiers.

The AAC acronym remains and our new logo has not significantly changed to ensure continuity and brand recognition.

Follow the below steps to navigate the new site:

When you first visit the new website, for security reasons, you will need to create a new login to access the member area.

Follow these easy steps

1. Go to this link

For security reasons you need to set up a new password in order to gain access to your account. To do this follow the steps below. Please also read the “important key steps and issues” after Step 3, below, as you go through the site.

2. Choose “Forgot My Password”

3. Enter your Email Address in the Username field and Click “Submit”

You will be emailed a link to a page where you create your password.

If the system cannot locate your email address, please contact us on 1300 735 935 or [email protected] and we'll sort it out for you.

4. Once you receive your new password, return to the site and log in.

You will be taken to your personal landing page.  Select your name in the top right, between the Sign Out and Cart links, to access your personal record.

Accessing your personal record

The information in your record has been transferred from the old site. We've done our best to ensure what we transferred is accurate, however take a look to see if any additions or corrections are needed.

Once logged in, you can navigate freely around the site and you can view all member-only content. Note, if you're not logged in you will only see the same limited and general information the public can see.

On the 'My Account' page you have the following options:

  • About Me
  • My Participation
  • My Registration
  • My CPD
  • My Messages
  • Preferences

*Note: The default start date for those who have been members prior to June 2012 will show as June 2012.

My CPD

My CPD lets you record and track your CPD activities online. You can now track your CPD progress so you’re not caught short at the end of the CPD year. For this to work for you it is important that your registration renewal date is correct.

Preferences

Preferences is where you control your Communication preferences and change your password. The AAC does not retain your password, so if you forget it you'll need to reset it using 'Forgot password?' on the login page.

The new website will be a constant work in progress and elements may be tweaked to improve its performance and extra features added in the future.

As with all new technology you may have questions, suggestions or need some help navigating the new site, contact our office on 1300 735 935 or email [email protected] if you need any assistance.
