Payment
- Payment must be received prior to the seminar.
- Prices quoted include GST.
Cancellation policy
- Full amount will be refunded when registration is cancelled up to seven (7) working days prior to seminar.
- If no cancellation notice is received or cancellation is made less than seven (7) working days prior to seminar, no refund will be provided without a doctor's certificate.
Substitution registration is accepted however charges may apply.
Vaccination
The NSW Government now requires that anyone working in or attending a hospitality venue aged over 16 years, and prior to 15 December 2021 (or 95% double vaccinated), to be double vaccinated or have an official exemption.
Therefore all delegates attending this event will required to provide a proof of vaccination to very their vaccination against COVID-19.
You must:
- carry vaccination evidence with you and produce it for inspection to a police officer or authorised officer if requested
- check in with the Service NSW app
- follow the face mask rules (to be confirmed closer to the event)
